Michaela Broeckx

has a strong reputation as a technical and applications trainer, a branch of the training profession in which she has specialised from the beginning of her career. She has worked with a series of global and local application developing companies and training businesses (a/o Dimension Data, Itineris, Cronos, M2Q), doing assignments with clients in a variety of sectors, from telecom and ICT (a/o Nawras, Belgacom) to governmental services and social welfare (a/o VMW, Kind en Gezin).

Her ability to understand highly technical issues and translate these into the language of the layperson end-user, and vice versa, is her USP in this field.

Apart from developing and delivering training and coaching at the workplace, Michaela is also active as a real-time scribe in HAZOP procedures, having done a series of assignments for Loss Control Solutions in Hammerfest (Norway), Dusseldorf (Germany) and Paris (France).
