At Beyond Borders, we have an outstanding track record with regard to helping organisations develop a series of HR Management tools - all of them aimed at providing means to properly fit the tiles of your organisation in order to guarantee optimised output.
Apart from tailor-made programs, developed in close cooperation with our clients, we have a set of standard training packages refelecting three intricately interwoven dimensions, which together reflect all the human-related aspects of an efficient HR policy.
The standard training track consists of 4 days: An introductory module, followed by three intensive workshops, each elaborating on one of the key dimensions:
Competence Management
At first level, our human capital needs to be competent. In this workshop we analyze the concept of competence, find ways to define competences, develop means of competence measurement, and learn how competence mgt helps the organisation to come up with better results.
People Management
But of course, to be competent is not merely enough. The individual members of our human capital, our community, will need to fit in properly. In this workshop, we learn about the dynamics of individual human behaviour in the context of an organisation and about appropriate means to manage individuals and teams on behavioural aspects.
Culture Management
Thirdly, the HR manager is responsible to establish an efficient corporate culture which reflects the corporate values of the organisation. In this workshop we develop means to engage individuals and teams in a common project, and we discover the intimate relation between HR and the corporate image in the larger context of the community.
