Francis Laleman

moved from academics into business in the mid nineties, participating in the launch process of a series of Telecom companies in Europe, Asia, Middle East and the Gulf, both as an HR consultant, a Training and Development specialist and a manager.

Today, he tours the world as a business consultant and trainer, focusing on competence management, intercultural management & communication, leadership and team development. He is also active as a prolific systems and applications specialist and an executive language coach and he shares his intimate knowledge of training and development processes in highly acclaimed train-the-trainer workshops and seminars.
