Beyond Borders Training Solutions - Applications
The Art of training applications in an organisation is a generally and dangerously underestimated branch of the training profession. When introducing new systems to your staff, just putting them in a training room and having them click through the windows and fields won't do. Ask Michaela Broeckx, who has been specialising in this field for many years, and you will soon see what is at stake: An application is not a thing by itself, she would argue. It is just one of the tiles bringing you from A to Z through a process, which involves people all along - and at the outcome, the people matter more than the mere technicalities. For this reason, the trainer needs to identify herself completely with the trainee and be a constant communication channel between the user, the developer, the client and the business.
When done well, the introduction of a new application should revive the spirit of the individuals and the teams. It should be a best practice change process, revitalising the mood on the entire workfloor.
Francis Laleman and Michaela Broeckx have an extensive track record in the development and delivery of technical trainings, application trainings, user manual development, and client-developer-user negotiations.
They have worked with many systems and partners all over the world, a/o Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, Axapta, Itineris, M2Q, Cronos - and are available for both short and long term assignments, either directly or through subcontracting.
